Welcome to GonzBoyz 3D Prints, operated by GonzBoyz Investments LLC ("we," "us," "our," "GonzBoyz 3D Prints," or the "Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gonzboyz.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us GonzBoyz 3D Prints is a brand operated by GonzBoyz Investments LLC, a family-run business based in California, specializing in custom 3D printed toys, fidget gadgets, and novelty items. You can reach us at sales@gonzboyz.com.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products We make every effort to display our 3D printed toys and fidget gadgets accurately, including photos, dimensions, and descriptions. However, because many of our items are handmade and 3D printed in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or finish between what's pictured and what you receive are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Custom Orders Some items are made to order based on your specifications (color, size, personalization, etc.). Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your order details, including spelling and color choices, before submitting.

5. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped from California. Estimated production and shipping times will be noted at checkout or on individual product listings; these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs (for international orders), or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, product photos, logos, and content on this Site are the property of GonzBoyz 3D Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to create derivative works (including 3D printing our designs for resale) without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, GonzBoyz 3D Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to choking hazards for small parts — our 3D printed items are not designed for children under 3 unless otherwise stated, and adult supervision is recommended for young children.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
